We are proud to announce that we have achieved ISO9001 :2008 accreditation which is an internationally recognised quality standard. This offers you the re-assurance that we have the policies and practices in place to ensure you receive an excellent service and print quality every time you come to us. All work is accompanied by check sheet which is checked and signed by staff members at all stages of the print process. Whether we are printing a simple leaflet or a multipage book the process remains the same which ensures errors are reduced to a minimum. All of this has been achieved with the help of our consultant Chris. We have also successfully retained our ISO14001:2004 environmental standard which ensures that we continue to reduce the companies impact on the environment to a minimum

To attain ISO9001:2008 accreditation Eagle printers with the help of our consultant wrote a Business Management Manual, an Audit Procedure, a communication training awareness and competence procedure, a Corrective & preventative action procedure, a customer satisfaction procedure, a document control procedure, a management review procedure, a measurement and calibration procedure, a procedure to cover objectives, targets and management programme and a Quality Policy.

All staff have been given training in the new procedures, although the culture for this was already in place with our environmental policy and accreditation for ISO14001:2004 which we have had for 4 years.
